Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-home sales consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
- Measure windows accurately and provide estimates for various window treatments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Present and demonstrate our range of window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies.
- Follow up on outstanding quotes and close sales deals effectively.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers to achieve sales goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in window treatments.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Requirements:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in window treatments or a related field.
- Experience with in-home sales consultations and measurements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with different types of window treatments and installation processes.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Knowledge of smart home integration for motorized window treatments.
- Background in customer service or sales support.
